The Royal Winner
Christian Booze captured the biggest slot car win of his career on February 25, winning the first annual Redmen Raceway Royal. This event replaced the old Spring Nationals (which seemed an odd name with eight inches of snow on the ground...)
Ryan Missler and Randy Dickman got the night going capturing the twin C Mains. John Warren and Lee Booze got the move ups in B Main number one. Christian Booze and John Warren took B Main number two.
Christian controlled the Feature from the outset in the Ferkel 0. He consistently put a lap on the field each segment and drove to the five lap victory. The typically humble winner had little to say in victory lane. Warren, Scott Ackerman and Lee Booze rounded out the field.
As a bonus the remaining races fought it out in a short "semi" feature event with Randy Dickman coming out the easy winner over Ryan Missler, Brian Ackerman and Andrew Morfier.
